Giovanna, a forward-thinking girl from Pamparato, a tiny rural village nestled in the mountains of Piemonte, every winter goes olive-picking in Aurigo, Liguria, a pretty hilly village rich by olive-trees on the Italian Riviera.
Giovanna, makes a very close friend with another girl called Giovanna, nicknamed "Nanina".
They are deeply linked to each other by an intense and only passion: natural food.
Their goal is to start looking for healthy, local food from their regions: Piemonte and Liguria.
By following old recipes they rediscover the flavours and the traditions of their villages.
